Q: How long does a KYC take?

A: Normally a KYC is done within minutes and can be done both on the computer and your phone.

Q: Is Switchere easy to use?

A: We think Switchere has built one of the simplest and most easy to use exchange platforms available on the market, and it's a big part of why we have partnered with them.

Q: When can Fehu tokens be sold on Switchere?

A: Fehu tokens can be sold when the ICO is finished, check our whitepaper to learn more details.

Q: Can I use the Switchere App?

A: Once you have registered an account with Switchere you can use their app.

Q: Can I purchase Fehu with a card or is it crypto only?

A: You can purchase with both card and crypto.

Q: Will my Fehu account still be accessible after March 12th or can I only use Switchere?

A: Your Fehu account will never disappear. You can link your Fehu account with Switchere for ease of use.

Q: Can I transfer my already purchased Fehu over to the Switchere wallet or will it be separate?

A: Once we list with Switchere you will be able to connect your Fehu account with Switchere and take full ownership of your own tokens.

Q: Can I still refer members and get rewarded after March 12th?
